Intriguing events

No.15 Great Pulteney is the perfect central Bath venue from which to host everything from intimate wine dinners to creative workshops, literary events and gourmet gatherings. Our beautiful Pulteney Room is the obvious choice for any small-scale occasion, with larger events taking place in our wonderfully quirky Dispensary.

Steak and lobster supper club

Because everyone needs something to look forward to in the darkest days of January, head chef Matt Gillard has come up with something of a treat for the first in our 2020 supper club series. He’s combining the best of British beef and lobster tail for a decadent main course in this four-course feast, which also includes white onion velouté with local truffle, smoked fish and saffron terrine with quail's egg and spiced arancini, and smoked bacon and maple ice-cream with biscotti, calamansi and goji berries. Date: Monday 27th January 2020, 7 - 11pm

Price: £64 for four courses, homemade breads, a glass of champagne on arrival and fine wines.

Foraged feast supper club

We’re showcasing our head chef’s love for all things foraged in our March supper club in The Dispensary. He’s featuring his 100-year old Alaskan sourdough culture alongside hand-dived scallop with pickled Alexanders, hen’s egg with Somerset celeriac and beef with fermented black garlic and handpicked artichoke for mains. Pudding takes an especially local turn with apple shortcake, wild thyme ice-cream and natural honeycomb. Click the link below for the details and full menu.

Date: Monday 2nd March 2020, 7 - 11pm

Price: £64 for five courses, a glass of champagne on arrival and fine wines.

Italian supper club

We’re going on a culinary tour of Italy for our April supper club in The Dispensary. Starting in Liguria – the birthplace of focaccia – via Tuscany’s most famed soup, ribollita, Campania’s trade-mark caprese salad and the Milanese classic, osso buco, from Lombardy, we won't be short on courses to transport you back to la dolce vita the Italian's are so renowned for. Dessert takes in Treviso, Cremona and Sicily for a decadent combination of tiramisu with torrone (nougat) and gelato. Click the link below for the details and full menu.
