  • Head of Housekeeping

    5 days a week, day hours

    This is an exciting opportunity to put your own stamp on this 40-bedroom hotel and spa. As head of housekeeping, you will be an integral part of the No.15 Great Pulteney senior team, ensuring the seamless running of the housekeeping department to exceed standards in the preparation of our guest’s rooms and guest areas.

    The role:

    We are looking for an individual who has incredible standards, great communication and organisation skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team of people to deliver high employee engagement. Managing costs and expenditure to a budget is an important part of the job.

    The person needs to be self-motivated, drive new initiatives, however the individual will receive coaching and personal development to enhance their career. You will have strong experience in the quality hotel sector.

  • Breakfast Chef
    The quality and consistency of our breakfast offering is critical to the success of No.15 Great Pulteney, and as such, we’re seeking a breakfast chef with a strong focus on superlative guest service, to be responsible for the delivery of a memorable breakfast experience, for a five days a week role. The hours for the position are 6.30am – 2pm, and the successful candidate will also be required to support the head chef with general food prep for service.
    Available: Mid/end Feb 2020
    Salary: Competitive
  • Guest room attendants

    We are currently looking to add to our housekeeping team at No.15 Great Pulteney and we need friendly, hard-working people (a good sense of humour is also a plus!).

    We have a couple of opportunities, both full and part-time:

    Guest room attendants
    If you are honest, discrete, love cleaning and would take a personal pride in ensuring that every area of our hotel is sparkling and well presented at all times, we’d love to hear from you. Experience is an advantage but comes second to a desire to learn and take ownership, as well a friendly disposition, so if you want to be part of a close-knit team (and can work just as well on your own when needed) do get in touch as full training will be given.

  • Restaurant Supervisor

    We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to be a key player in the restaurant management team at No.15 Great Pulteney, a much-loved boutique townhouse hotel and spa with 40 guestrooms, restaurant, private-dining spaces and a renowned cocktail bar in the heart of the city of Bath.

    You’ll have previous experience in a similar role, as well as being outgoing, personable, enthusiastic and confident in your ability to be able to help lead this busy operation and maintain excellent service standards.

    If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, have a real interest in food and drink and have a highly-motivated, hands-on approach, then we’d love to hear from you.

    As Restaurant Supervisor you will be involved in:

    • Daily operations of the restaurant and private dining
    • Breakfast service
    • Afternoon tea
    • Service quality improvements
    • Training, development and coaching of the team
    • Organisation and processes linked to the food and beverage areas
