  • Restaurant Manager

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented enthusiast to head up one of the most unique restaurants in the South West.

    We're looking for a qualified individual to lead The Dispensary restaurant team at No.15 Great Pulteney boutique hotel and spa in Bath.

    If you’re passionate about leading a service team, have a good understanding and interest in food and wine, have a hands-on approach and are eager to put your own innovative stamp on the Dispensary’s next chapter, then we’d like to hear from you.

    The applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, or be looking to step up from supervisor level, be outgoing, personable, enthusiastic and confident in their ability to lead this busy restaurant and maintain service standards.

    As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:

    • Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
    • Ensuring consistency, quality and shaping The Dispensary culture and making your mark within our exciting boutique townhouse hotel and spa 
    • Managing and leading service standards
    • Training and development of the team in service standards and product knowledge
    • Driving revenues

    The successful candidate will receive a good salary plus tips

  • Full-time receptionist

    No.15 Great Pulteney is seeking a full-time receptionist to join its talented and progressive team. 

    We’re looking for a front of house team member to provide genuine, authentic and memorable experiences to our guests and maintain the highest levels of service. You’ll be flexible enough to be the first point of contact for guests when on the front desk and to support the food and beverage teams as and when required.

    Key Responsibilities

    * To provide the best possible guest care
    * Be a true ambassador for excellent service
    * Operate front office and POS systems
    * To support the reservations department in taking bookings
    * Assist the welcome and F&B teams in all areas of service
    * Welcome guests to Spa 15
    * You will be enthusiastic and eager to learn
    * Occasional support to the night team in holiday period
    * Experience with Opera PMS desirable

  • Guest room attendants

    We are currently looking to add to our housekeeping team at No.15 Great Pulteney and we need friendly, hard-working people (a good sense of humour is also a plus!).

    We have a couple of opportunities, both full and part-time:

    Guest room attendants
    If you are honest, discrete, love cleaning and would take a personal pride in ensuring that every area of our hotel is sparkling and well presented at all times, we’d love to hear from you. Experience is an advantage but comes second to a desire to learn and take ownership, as well a friendly disposition, so if you want to be part of a close-knit team (and can work just as well on your own when needed) do get in touch as full training will be given.

  • Breakfast Chef

    The quality and consistency of our breakfast offering is critical to the success of No.15 Great Pulteney, and as such, we’re seeking a breakfast chef with a strong focus on superlative guest service, to be responsible for the delivery of a memorable breakfast experience, for a five days a week role. The successful candidate will also be required to support the head chef with general food prep for service.
