Sights/Attractions

A lovely seven-acre park, opened to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1897, Henrietta Park is an oasis of tranquility, with places to sit quietly or take a relaxing stroll around the circular walk among trees and flowers. Within easy stroll of the city centre, there’s a gorgeous King George V Memorial Garden of Rememberance with a central pool and fountain, as well as plenty of plants to invigorate all of the senses.
